I believe that the upload might have been under good faith (probably unaware that the films uploaded made by others must not be under copyright status). Warner Bros. did renew the copyright on time keeping with pre-1950 copyright law, so it should be removed.

Also, I got this information from the Hathi Trust website which has scans of copyright registrations, so I know that the information is correct.

There is a valid copyright notice on the film. However, in the video that was uploaded, it only appears for a split second so you might have to pause it.

Valid copyright, valid renewal. Not public domain. And I attached the actual registration here.

The ease in which you found the copyright notice will make any defense of "good faith" very difficult if not impossible.
Ignorance, illiteracy, the blind leading the blind, none can be entered as a plea of good faith.
